Draft Complete

The draft of my first book in a series of 10 is complete.  Whoa!

I am by no means finished with the book, I’m finished with the draft that someday (after much massaging, cursing, and editing) will become my first book.

Ernest Hemingway famously recommended writing drunk and editing sober.  Since I write early in the day I can honestly say none of this book was written with alcohol in my system much less drunk….but the thought of editing it into a publishable form does make me long for a martini (maybe more than one).

Please keep your fingers crossed, send light and love, and pray for me as I undertake the next monumental phase in this journey.  I will need all of it.
